Out work your competition!

In life your only real competition is YOU. It doesn’t matter how successful someone else is, how fit someone else is, how strong, how skilled etc. All that matters is that you out work yesterday’s version of YOU.

When you find people in the above category, the ones better than you, don’t get your nose bent, don’t get jealous, get curious, get involved, question them, learn from them, take their positive traits and make them your own. This is how you truly evolve to new levels.

4 weeks in working with and being a coach myself, running a busy business, coaching and checking in with clients daily, these sessions have been a god send for me. Like meditation, it’s a time when I’m thinking nothing other than what Gerard tells me. 🙏

How do you train your arms ?

You keen on the old school way ? Grip and rip first, then when fatigue sets drop the weight fixate the arm and truly just use the bicep or tricep.

Yes I’m obsessed

I’m obsessed with being better

I’m obsessed with helping people be better

I’m obsessed about my loved ones

People say obsession is negative but I disagree, I think it depends on where that obsession lies.

Every day I wake up I wanna be better, and I could not think of a better way to wake up.

I never wake up and think I wanna be worse

Yes I have days where I’m tired etc but I’m still obsessed I’m just obsessed and tired.

1. 15 sets 300m Ski Erg (1min rest) pick a time and stick to it, mine were all kept between 57/59 seconds
