Coaching isn’t just a programme sent once a week, it’s support, feedback, and adjustments that actually fit your real life

You won’t catch me promoting 6-8 week shred plans

Because I’ve been there, dieted hard, overate harder, gained it all back

And after years of that cycle, I realised:

Sustainable results > short-term extremes

I don’t get my nails done
Rarely have my hair done
Wear much makeup (except fake tan😜)

I don’t document every cut anymore because my body stays consistent all year and I help my clients build that same freedom too

My coaching isn’t about abs or all-or-nothing thinking

It’s about building confidence, strength, and actual consistency, no matter where you’re starting from

The women I work with come in unsure, anxious, overwhelmed…
And they leave strong, confident, and fully in control of their training

I used to look at women on social media and think,
“I want to look like her.” ❌

But now?
I ask myself:
🔹 Can I show up like her?
🔹 Train consistently like her?
🔹 Push through the tough days like her?
🔹 Choose growth even when it’s uncomfortable?

It’s not how she looks that’s inspiring
It’s the mindset and the resilience
Which can something inside you too👏🏻

So next time you find yourself comparing,
Admire the habits, not the highlights

You don’t have to be her
But you can learn from what she does to get there💪🏽
