Most people think 3 days of drinking, eating out and late nights will ruin their progress.

They’re wrong.

The photo on the left was taken 5 weeks before the photo on the right.

The photo on the right was taken AFTER 3 days in Albufeira.

Alcohol.

Meals out.

Late nights.

Airport food.

And absolutely no calorie tracking…. Neither was I over the past 5 weeks!

Yet I still came back leaner.

Why?

Because fat loss isn’t decided by one weekend.

It’s decided by what you do the other 95% of the time.

In those 5 weeks I also had:

• Two weekends away
• Meals out
• Drinks with friends
• Trips to London and Leeds

But I had structure around it.

I wasn’t trying to be perfect.

I wasn’t “starting again Monday.”

And I definitely wasn’t punishing myself after every meal out.

That’s the mistake most people make.

One takeaway turns into a bad weekend.

A bad weekend turns into a bad week.

And before they know it, they’re back where they started.

The goal isn’t to avoid holidays, drinks and meals out.

The goal is to build a body that can handle them.

Because if your fat loss plan only works when life is perfect…It doesn’t work.

The goal isn’t to avoid foods you enjoy.

The goal is to make fat loss easier.

Most people think they need more discipline.

In reality, they need foods that keep them fuller for longer.

More protein.
More volume.
More nutrients.

That’s why the meals on the right tend to be easier to stick to than the meals on the left.

Can you still lose fat eating cereal, sandwiches and big bowls of pasta?

Of course.

But for most people, it’s a lot harder to stay full, manage hunger and stay consistent.

The easier you make fat loss, the more likely you are to keep the results.

In all seriousness…

Your fat loss diet should be made up of foods you actually enjoy and can see yourself eating year round.

Not eating one way for 12 weeks… Then sacking it off and putting all the weight back on.

That’s the issue I keep hearing on calls.

“I tried Keto and it worked.”

Did it though?

Because you’re sat in front of me telling me you’ve put all the weight back on… and then some 🤣

The problem with most diets is they rely on restriction.

Cut this out.
Avoid that.
Don’t eat after 7pm.
No carbs.
No sugar.

You lose weight because you’re eating less.

But eventually real life kicks back in.

Birthdays.
Holidays.
Weekends out.
Stress.
Work.

And because the diet was never realistic to begin with, you end up back where you started.

The best fat loss plan isn’t the one that gets weight off the fastest.

It’s the one that teaches you how to eat in a way that fits your lifestyle, helps you enjoy your food, and still gets results.

That’s how you lose weight and keep it off.

It doesn’t.

It comes down to decisions.

The decision to stop researching and start acting.

The decision to stop saying “I’ll start Monday.”

The decision to stop waiting for the perfect time.

Because the reality is…

Most people already know they need to eat better.

Most people already know they need to train.

Most people already know they need more structure.

But knowing and doing are two very different things.
