I’ve been training with Nate for 6 months now, I come from a team sport background and favoured hiit training but after a crazy crash diet and 31 day straight gym spree in January something had to change. As luck would have it, I happened to come across Nate 🙃
I’d never used a PT before and was dubious… I explained what I wanted; I get bored with repetitive strength exercises, needed motivation and was terrified of scary weights machines. Nate was quick to identify a program that met what I wanted but still used aspects of strength training and drew up a workable schedule around my main priorities as mum to 2 young kids and a full time job.
Nate always brings a positive mindset; encouraging but not patronising, pushing you outside your comfort zone, and celebrating your victories, all while raising confidence. Although serious about coaching, Nate is so easy to get along with-always smiling! And the extra oversight has definitely impacted on my love of Cadbury sharebars 🍫 🙈
I’m fitter now than pre kids and although my weight has stayed pretty stable I’m 2 dress sizes smaller, stronger, sleep better and I definitely give more thought to what I’m eating.
2023 for me has been about trusting the process and the processes employed by Nate work. I can’t recommend him enough ⭐️
