I will never literally never tire of someone tell me that they love my gym. It will always make me feel warm and fuzzy inside.

I absolutely love when I meet someone who understands what I'm trying to create at my gym, they just get it, whether it's the environment, the atmosphere, the equipment, the training approach, or just all of it.

I built my gym to create a really safe and welcoming space that prioritises giving people the opportunity to train at their highest level and ability.

To this end, it requires constant investment of time, effort and resources. This cambered multi grip bar, is just a small addition to the gym, but hopefully every investment is welcomed as an investment in my members and the quality of their training.

Hi everyone,
​As temperatures rise this week, we want to ensure the gym remains a clean, welcoming, and hygienic environment for all members.

​During this hot spell, we kindly ask that you follow these standard gym etiquette guidelines:
☀️​Bring a personal hand towel: Use it to wipe away excess sweat during your session.
☀️​Wipe down equipment: Always use the provided sanitizing sprays and microfiber clothes after using a piece of equipment.
Remember to spray the cloth, not the equipment we're wiping sweat and microbes, not giving the equipment a shower 😁
☀️​Be mindful of body odor: High heat means extra sweat. Please ensure gym apparel is freshly washed and deodorant is applied prior to your workout.

​We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our community healthy and comfortable. Train hard and stay hydrated!

This is a fantastic deal. Maybe a chance to fill up the freezer so you have healthy options for lunch and dinner on days you get stuck.

Well! Another day and another new piece of gym equipment for our Ironwolf Gym Members!

I really hope you're all going to love this one.
It's a Total Hip Machine.
So literally every way your hips move, this will help train them in that plane of movement.
I'm going to put some YouTube links in so you can check out how to use it.
Don't be afraid or intimidated by it. It's genuinely a great machine, very effective and easy to use once you know your way round it!
