⭐️We have hands free sanitising stations all around gym, anti bac stations to clean down equipment, digital thermometer 🌡 to check temperature, all equipment spaced 1 metre apart in our large 12,000 square ft gym .

We are business as usual until Friday, classes and gym..

Then

From Friday gym will remain open for gym floor use along with 1-1 personal training only, no classes in gym for 4 weeks..

Please bare with us as we roll out measures to suit everyone ..

Please still continue to book classes as normal until Friday..

Gym open Friday 10th July @ 6.15am-9pm..
(6.15am and 10am classes only)

New class timetable begins Tuesday 14th July.

Gym still open Sunday 12th and Monday 13th July as normal ..

Please read below and adhere to the sanitising procedures inside gym, please sanitise upon entering and leaving gym.

Please note social distancing has now dropped to 1m apart.
