We are so excited to announce our newest class at Purpose: Postpartum Strength ✨
If you’re a mum who has recently given birth—whether it’s been a few weeks or a few months—this class is for you.
No matter where you are in your postpartum journey, we’ll meet you there. Our goal is to help you build confidence, regain strength, and find your groove as you ease into (or back into) training in a supportive and welcoming environment.
And the best part? Your little one is welcome too, so childcare doesn’t have to be a barrier to prioritising your health and wellbeing. 🏋🏻♀️👶🏻
📅 When: Tuesdays at 10:15am (starting 23rd June)
⏱️ Length: 50–60 minutes
📖 Format: 4-week blocks
