Having the use of a spin bike at home would be brilliant for those strength training days!!!! 🦵
Both running & spinning use the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, calves, hip flexors and the core. Adding in spin sessions, on top of your running, is a great way to improve the strength and endurance of these muscles, which will gear you up for a stronger running stride. A great way to train for those marathon or long distance races!!!!!
