🏋️ COACH SPOTLIGHT — ANDY GAUSDEN

Andy is one of the OGs of CrossFit in Northern Ireland 👊

As was the owner of CrossFit Northern Ireland, the first CrossFit box in Northern Ireland and has been part of the local CrossFit community since the very beginning.

Coming from a background in Thai boxing, Andy later developed a particular passion for Olympic weightlifting, going on to compete at both British Masters, winning in 2018 & taking silver in 2020. He also competed in the World Masters in 2018. 🏋️‍♂️

With years of experience both competing and coaching, Andy brings a huge amount of knowledge to the Equip coaching team, particularly when it comes to the Olympic lifts.

Meet Coach Tara 👋

Tara's CrossFit journey started completely by accident. In 2012, she entered the Titanic Games thinking it was "just a fitness competition"... and she's been hooked ever since!

With a background in hockey, running, and horse riding, Tara brings a wealth of sporting experience to the coaching team. Since gaining her CrossFit Level 1 in 2020 and Level 2 in 2024.

Our 4-week Beginners Course is designed to help you build confidence before joining our regular classes. You'll learn the fundamentals, improve your technique, and get fitter in a welcoming, supportive environment.

📅 Starts Monday 7th September

Mondays & Thursday 8pm, & Saturday at 8/10am or Sunday at 8:30 / 9:30

✨ No experience needed
🏋️ Learn the key movements safely
