What a fantastic day we had at the Lagan Autumn Head 2026 yesterday! With glorious autumn sunshine, great racing and a wonderful atmosphere on the River Lagan, it was a day to remember.
A huge thank you to all the clubs, athletes, coaches, parents, supporters, umpires and volunteers who joined us and helped make the event such a success. We were delighted to welcome crews from across Ireland and beyond to Belfast.
Special thanks to our friends at Belfast Boat Club, Queen's University Boat Club, Methodist College Rowing Club, Lagan Scullers Club and RBAI Rowing Club for their support in helping deliver the event.
The Lagan Autumn Head was organised by Belfast Rowing Club with the co-operation of the Department for Communities, Belfast Harbour Commissioners, the Odyssey Trust and Belfast City Council, whose support is greatly appreciated.
And if you enjoyed racing with us this weekend, we'd love to see you back on the Lagan for our Festive Head on Saturday 12 December at 11.00am. 🎄🚣 All categories will be available, with more information coming soon.
