Everyone involved with Abbey Gymnastics wants to promote a friendly, healthy, sociable environment in which all gymnasts will thrive. The Centre operates a development programme, which offers a structured teaching programme for

children and adults of various abilities, from complete beginner to advanced and competition standard gymnasts.

🚨IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ🚨
All Gym Tots sessions must be pre booked online before attending.
❌NO PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT THE DOOR.
If you’re not booked onto the register, unfortunately you will not be able to attend.

Our Parent & Toddler sessions have had a little rebrand…welcome to GYM TOTS🤸‍♀️✨

We’ve made a few changes to make things more flexible for you and your little ones!

📅Every Friday
⏰10am–12pm
🎉ONE 2-hour open session — come along at any time between 10am–12pm that suits you!

There’s no need to rush in for a specific session time, arrive whenever works best and enjoy 2 hours of fun in the gym!

🥨Snack & drinks break at 11am
Snacks and drinks will be provided by the club for you and your little one.

1 pass – £7.50
3 passes – £21
5 passes – £32.50
10 passes – £60

2️⃣Add your little one as a student
3️⃣Head to the Pro Shop and purchase your Gym Tots pass
4️⃣Go you your account and select you little ones name, then go to passes and select which date suits you!

We are SO excited to welcome everyone back to the gym for another amazing year💙💚

Before coming along to your first class, please make sure you:

✨Double check your account
Please log into your Abbey Gymnastics account and make sure all your details are correct and up to date.

📋Check your policies
All important gymnast and family policies must be accepted before your gymnast can attend class.

👨‍👩‍👧Parents must stay in the gym at drop-off
Parents/guardians should remain in the gym when dropping gymnasts off. Coaches may need to speak to you regarding account set-up or any missing information.

🚨Important!
Gymnasts cannot be admitted into class if their account is missing important details or required policy agreements.

🌟That’s a wrap for the summer🌟

The gym is now officially closed and will reopen on Monday 31st August🤸‍♀️

We’re so excited to get ready for Term 1 and welcome everyone back. While you’re enjoying your week off, our coaches will be busy in the gym training and getting everything ready for the start of the new term✨

Looking for something fun to do with your little one tomorrow morning?! Need to burn off some toddler energy and get out of the house? Parent and Toddler is running Friday 21st August⭐️

✨ Free play across the gym
✨ A range of apparatus to climb, crawl, roll and explore
✨ Songs at the end (always a BIG hit with the little ones🎶)

✨TeamGym Development ✨

Our TeamGym Development gymnasts have been working SO hard lately💪🏼

We’ve started introducing some floor skills and most excitingly we have started to work on their somersaults off trampette🤩

It’s amazing to see their confidence grow as they learn new skills and challenge themselves🌟

So proud of the effort they’re putting in💪🏼🤸‍♀️

Gymnasts Chloe and Holly had a great weekend at Northern Ireland Performance Pathway and National Pathway Squad sessions. Lots of shaping, conditioning and competition prep completed!

We are on the lookout for gymnasts, dancers and performers to join our Festival Team for the next 2 seasons!

📆 Trial Date: Tuesday 18th August
⏰ Time: 2pm – 3pm
🤸 Age: 2016 or older (If your child was born in 2017 please message us)
