Alpha Trampoline Club is totally dedicated to encouraging participation in trampolining at recreational level and also to the pursuit of excellence in competitive trampolining from first bounce to national and international level. Alpha also trains in the second discipline of double-mini trampoline (DMT) and encourages members to take part in this exciting discipline. The club has been set up by t

wo experienced, enthusiastic and inspiring trampoline coaches, each with a wealth of experience both in competing and coaching. We look forward to welcoming you into our friendly and professional club, where everyone can learn a new range of skills while enjoying the Olympic sport of trampolining! Alpha Trampoline Club was founded in November 2012 and trains at Eggar's School, Alton, Hampshire. We pride ourselves in our efforts to achieve competitive excellence while still maintaining the enjoyment factor in sport. The club caters for members at all levels of participation in the sport of trampolining. While we support everyone in their goals, including those in the recreational level, we are a competitive club and strive towards achieving the highest level of competitive participation. From September 2020, Alpha has been running Covid-secure sessions back at club and are thrilled to be open to members and non-members for sessions in all sections of the club: Foundation, Development and Performance. Supporting another of our local sports clubs! Worldham Golf & Padel - Alton ⛳️ have their padel exhibition day running tomorrow from 10:30am-4pm. It's free with lots to see and do and hopefully some fantastic weather to enjoy it in so come along and enjoy the fun! Our own coach Christine will be in action at 1pm as well!

It's been a fantastic summer of training and we're looking forward to seeing everybody back in next week for the start of our new membership year and the first training block!

As a reminder, the training block starts next week for all those booked on. We have our final ad-hoc summer sessions running today and tomorrow but these are only for those signed up. We do have a few remaining spaces on those so if you're interested, let us know as soon as possible!

Our final national round up comes from English Championships and what a super time our gymnasts had! It was a great spectacle with our qualified gymnasts soaking up the atmosphere and competing in trampoline and double mini amazingly! Well done to all of our 2026 English Champs finalists - some great finish positions and PB scores on show!

Our next national competition round up is for the Inter Regional Challenge Cup Final which was held in Birmingham. As a culmination to the regional season that started at the beginning of the year, some of our gymnasts were selected to compete at this event, representing the Southern Region. They did fantastically - scoring some great results to contribute to the regional team finishing 3rd in DMT and 4th in TRA. Well done to all the Southern Region competitors and especially to our Alpha gymnasts who took part:

It's been a long run of national competitions recently but the first in our catch up is National Qualifier 2 which took place in Telford at the end of June. This is for the highest levels in the country and we had some fantastic performances with excellent results from our Alpha gymnasts:
Tom Tom - 2nd in 11-12 DMT
Bethan - 3rd in Cat 1 15+ TRA
Theo and Thomas - 3rd in Youth TRS
Tom Tom - 6th in 11-12 TRA
Sara - 16th in 17-21 TRA

A special mention to TT for stepping in very last minute to compete synchro with Thomas, who adjusted for a new partner fantastically, both of them doing an excellent job to take silver!
