Alpha Trampoline Club is totally dedicated to encouraging participation in trampolining at recreational level and also to the pursuit of excellence in competitive trampolining from first bounce to national and international level. Alpha also trains in the second discipline of double-mini trampoline (DMT) and encourages members to take part in this exciting discipline. The club has been set up by t

wo experienced, enthusiastic and inspiring trampoline coaches, each with a wealth of experience both in competing and coaching. We look forward to welcoming you into our friendly and professional club, where everyone can learn a new range of skills while enjoying the Olympic sport of trampolining! Alpha Trampoline Club was founded in November 2012 and trains at Eggar's School, Alton, Hampshire. We pride ourselves in our efforts to achieve competitive excellence while still maintaining the enjoyment factor in sport. The club caters for members at all levels of participation in the sport of trampolining. While we support everyone in their goals, including those in the recreational level, we are a competitive club and strive towards achieving the highest level of competitive participation. From September 2020, Alpha has been running Covid-secure sessions back at club and are thrilled to be open to members and non-members for sessions in all sections of the club: Foundation, Development and Performance. Highlights from the first national qualifier and a huge well done to our national competitors who took part! Tom Tom finished just outside the medals in 4th in 11-12 DMT, and 17th in 11-12 TRA after an on the spot change of routine; Sara finished a very credible 16th in 17-21 TRA in a large competitive group of 37; and Bethan took a week earned 🥈 medal with two fantastic routines in the Cat 1 15+ DIS TRA! What amazing results we had at the Regional and Club Championships from our Alpha gymnasts! We saw regional and club champions being crowned, gymnasts selected for the Southern Region team for the Inter-Regional Challenge Cup Finals, and we saw the most incredible teamwork and support amongst them all as well. A huge well done to all of our competitors over the Club and Regional season, and a big thank you to all of our coaches, judges and helpers for all of your hard work. With Regional Championships just around the corner, we're celebrating our English competitors performance from last weekend in Birmingham at the first English qualifier. The weekend started with a fire alarm and an impromptu cold sunbathing outside, but once we were into the action, our gymnasts put in some solid performances. A bit of a mixed bag in results, but some excellent effort, bravery, and teamwork was shown. Well done everybody! Full results below:
