It mixes the best features of sports such as Soccer, Basketball, Football and Netball into an elegantly simple yet fascinating and demanding game. To compete at the top level, Ultimate players require an unmatched degree of speed, stamina and agility. Yet the simplicity of the rules means it's easy and fun for newcomers to pick up.

We’re hosting a FREE clinic & scrimmage on Wednesday, May 20th from 6:30–8:30 PM at McHugh Fields — just one week before the summer season kicks off! 🙌

Whether you’re already registered or know someone who’s curious about Ultimate, this is the perfect chance to come out, have fun, and see what it’s all about! 💨🥏

🔥 Teams have officially been made, so a great incentive to come out is finding out:
