Things are starting to shape up for the opening of the new location for Elite Strength Academy located at:

15 Eddie Lane

Stay tuned as the opening will be around late January early February of 2021. (Supply issue on rubber mats and delivery of a couple other things are holding us back)

We are going to be operating with 24/7 access for general members. Only 100 memberships of these will be available as we are mainly a coaching gym and need to leave training space available for our clients. These memberships will be $64.99 a month.

We will also be offering our popular Coaching memberships which includes full nutrition and program design with a 6 to 1 client to coach ratio.
These memberships range from $149.99 a month for 12 months to $199.99 a month for 6 months.

Sports teams training will also available.

Services provided at the facility will include an aerobics room area, punching bags, cardio equipment, indoor field turf, lots of strength equipment and all the specialty equipment needed for anyone that's a serious athlete.

Also going to have an outdoor strongman training area for the equipment that is too big for indoor training.

We are also going to be including saunas in the change rooms with warm towels and blow dryers.

There will be a couple other additions we have in the works too including a mini golf course that will be built on the property next year and members will get 20% off.

Lots of exciting things in the works.

Just a couple weeks ago this was my heavy set. Now I’m hitting 202lbs for sets of 4 cleaning each rep. Everything feeling good ahead of my season. Gearing up for a big week next week... going for some big numbers next week but we gotta lay the foundation. Also took another swing at the keg. Nailed 150lbs but still having some issue getting the clean on the 205. It’s so close... .

WHAT IS STRONGFIT?
Strongfit is an innovative training system with a champions pedigree. It was derived from and refined by two 4 times World’s Strongest Men, Magnus Ver Magnusson and Jon Pall Sigmarsson. Strongfit takes fundamental movements of strength training and couples them with components of athletic explosiveness and muscles endurance. It is designed to build a foundation of full body strength and skeletal support, while generating explosiveness and agility. Strongfit is a disciplined approach to athletic training, and mental and physical foundation for all sports, athletic training and healthy lifestyle.

STRONGFIT LEVELS
LEVEL 1: the fundamental movements of strength -Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, Overhead Press. You will spend this time improving your strength with these movements and practicing perfect form. 4 times a week you train.
LEVEL 2: improving your muscular endurance via high intensity interval training, super sets and higher volumes, while still maintaining correct form during movements. An intro to competitive Strongman and Strongfit movements is also incorporated.
LEVEL 3: introduces more advanced movements from Strongman and competitive Strongfit. You will be using advanced implements such as Yoke, Stones, Sandbags, Logs, etc.

PERSONALIZED PROGRAMS
Upon starting Strongfit you are provided with a personalized workout program designed specifically for you. Programs include all exercises, weights, reps, sets – we do the thinking for you! You will be provided with a nutrition guide to help fuel your body and increase muscle mass while decreasing body fat. Every 4-weeks you will be provided with your new program based on the levels primary gaol. Coaches will be helping you along the way and help answer any questions and ensure you are progressing properly and reaching your full potential
