🍎 ELEVATE OUR EDUCATORS 2026 💙

At Elevate Dance Centre, we believe the people who help children grow deserve to be celebrated - not just in the studio, but in every classroom. ✨

As we head back to school, we want to recognize TWO incredible educators in our community:

🍎 One Classroom Teacher
💙 One Educational Assistant (EA)

Each selected educator will receive a $150 Elevate Classroom Grant, presented as an Amazon Gift Card, to help purchase supplies, resources, or something special for the students they support. 🎒📚

Maybe they’ve inspired your child, gone the extra mile, offered encouragement when it was needed most, or helped create a classroom where children feel safe, supported, and confident. Whatever the reason, now is your chance to say thank you! 💙

🚨 VANCOUVER ISLAND DANCERS - REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!

We are SO excited to welcome Tara Jean Popowich to Elevate Dance Centre THIS SATURDAY, August 15! 🔥

Winner of Season 2 of So You Think You Can Dance Canada, Tara-Jean has built an incredible international career as a dancer, choreographer, educator and creative director - travelling to 74 countries, appearing on 7 international television shows, and working with artists including Carly Rae Jepsen, Pharrell Williams and Shania Twain.

And now Vancouver Island dancers have the opportunity to train with her right here at EDC!

✨ LYRICAL/CONTEMPORARY + HOUSE WORKSHOPS

Dancers can take Lyrical/Contemporary, House, or BOTH!

AGES 8–10
Lyrical | 10:00–11:00am
House | 11:00am–12:00pm

AGES 11–13
Contemporary | 1:00–2:00pm
House | 2:00–3:00pm

AGES 14+
Contemporary | 4:00–5:30pm
House | 5:30–7:00pm
