Another amazing success story 🙌🏋️♀️. Congrats Colleen 🙂
I’m a 49 year old woman going through perimenopause, and I had been struggling to see any changes despite doing things like jogging, elliptical and hot yoga.
After doing an assessment with Stacy and receiving a customized at home workout plan, I started to notice subtle changes within a few weeks especially in my strength, even though my weight didn’t change much in the first month.
Around the two month mark, I began to see the scale move slightly, and now, almost three months in, the physical changes are very noticeable particularly in areas I didn’t think would improve, like my upper core.
The progress has been gradual but real, and for the first time in a while I’m seeing both strength and physical changes.
Stacy helped me understand how to train more effectively for my body at this stage, and it’s been incredibly motivating to finally see results.
