Saturday is Halloween, and Regina is going all out! 🎃

Join us at 9am or 10am for a Halloween playlist, a zombie warm-up, and all the costume energy. Come in costume or wear something Halloween-ish (movement-friendly, and grip socks as usual!). 🧟

This 4-week ‘Pilates for Chronic Pain’ series with Regina isn’t about pushing harder — it’s about retraining your body and nervous system to move without fear, so you can build confidence and trust in how you move. Release, not resistance.

You don’t need Pilates experience for this series. It’s especially suited to anyone living with chronic pain, recovering from injury, or ready to move through life with more confidence and ease. You just need to show up, and we will take care of the rest!
