Here’s how SSP Bingo works: Pick up your bingo card at the studio starting June 1 (or DM/email us and we’ll send you a copy to print at home). Every square on your card is designed to help you fully explore and immerse yourself in everything the new summer schedule has to offer. Try a new class time, meet a new instructor, take a selfie before or after an SSP class and post it — but most significantly, embrace a movement method we all love, PILATES. Complete your full bingo card and you’ll be entered to win one of our epic prizes. Write the date of each class you attended to check off your square, submit your completed card by July 2 in studio or via email, and you’re in. It’s that simple. 🌿

The rules (as outlined in the slide and more details below):
    • One class = one square, no double dipping
    • Write the date of the class to check it off
    • All classes must take place June 1–30, 2026
    • Your card must include your name and contact information so we can reach you if you win
    • Drop your completed card off at the studio or send a photo via email or DM by July 2
    • Winners announced by July 5 🎉

We caught up with the one and only, Ridiculously Radical, Regina! She is our most senior SSP instructor, a true wealth of knowledge and a movement mentor to so many in our community. Today we asked her a VERY important question:
