So much gratitude this Mother’s Day as I reflect on my journey as a Mom, Woman, friend and partner . I have a peace today that I never knew could be possible and I wish healing to all of the Moms and all women who have been through it. I love you🩷 healing is possible.

Change is scary and trying new things can be very difficult for some of us.. this is your reminder to pursue what makes you happy. Free of fear and from judgment of what others might think. Not everyone is meant to understand you. Don’t waste time playing it safe. Play it hard and play it fierce and own your life. Be your own hero instead of your biggest enemy.
