One of the things we’re most proud of at CrossFit Seven is our ability to coach athletes at every stage of their fitness journey.

In the same class, you’ll see members learning new movements, building confidence with the barbell, refining technique, or challenging themselves with heavier loads. Our coaches meet each athlete where they’re at, providing the guidance, modifications, and encouragement needed to help them move safely and make progress.

Fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither is our coaching. That’s why every athlete can walk into class knowing they’ll get exactly what they need to succeed.

🎉 Congratulations to our May Committed Club members! 🎉

A huge shoutout to everyone who stayed consistent and put in the work throughout May. Whether your goal is to get stronger, move better, improve your fitness, or simply show up for yourself, every class attended is a step in the right direction.

We’re officially halfway through the year! As summer approaches and schedules start to fill up with vacations, camping trips, and other activities, don’t let your fitness take a back seat. Consistency is what drives results, and even a few classes each week can make a big difference.

Keep showing up, keep putting in the work, and let’s make the second half of 2026 even stronger than the first! 💪🔥

Our Special Olympics athletes took on some of our adult members today, and they absolutely CRUSHED it!

The workout featured a tough combination of rowing, farmer carries, and waiter carries—and our athletes attacked every challenge with strength, determination, and confidence.

From the first pull on the rower to the final carry, they showed exactly what hard work and perseverance look like. The energy was electric, the competition was fun, and the effort was next level.

What stood out most wasn’t just the physical performance—it was the grit, heart, and positive attitude each athlete brought to the floor. These athletes continue to raise the bar and inspire everyone around them with their commitment and willingness to tackle tough challenges head-on.

A huge shoutout to our Special Olympics crew for showing everyone what they’re capable of today. We couldn’t be prouder! 👏💙

Huge congrats to Shawn on hitting his 200th class at CrossFit Seven! 🎉💪

We love having Shawn around… but to be fair, his wife joined first and brought him in — and honestly, we REALLLLY love her, so thanks for tagging along Shawn 😂❤️ (the running joke lives on).

But in all seriousness, Shawn is the definition of someone who is always up for a challenge. Whether it’s taking on Sinister 7, throwing down in the Open, rowing for 24 hours, running for 24 hours, or signing up for a HYROX (we’ll circle back to that one since he missed it last year 👀), Shawn never backs down from hard work.

As a member of the military, his work ethic shows in everything he does. He attacks his goals, stays consistent, and always brings a positive attitude into the gym. Shawn is constantly smiling, lifting the energy in the room, and making the community better just by being in it.

And outside the gym, he’s an incredible dad to their busy little guy, Zac — who already looks like he wants to be just like his dad someday ❤️

We’re lucky to have Shawn as part of CrossFit Seven… even if he technically only came because his wife signed up first 😂

400 classes for Celina!! 🎉💪

Celina is the definition of resilient. No matter what life throws at her — busy nurse shifts, travel adventures, foodie weekends, or random body parts deciding not to cooperate 😂 — she continues to show up and put in the work.

One of the things we admire most about Celina is her ability to adapt. Injuries haven’t stopped her from prioritizing her health and fitness. She works alongside our coaches, adjusts workouts when needed, and keeps moving forward with consistency and determination.

She’s strong, hardworking, supportive, has the BEST hair in the gym, and brings such a fun energy to our community. We absolutely love having her at CrossFit Seven and are so proud of this milestone.

From first-timers to seasoned members, scaled versions to full Murphs — EVERYONE showed up ready to work, cheer each other on, and tackle the challenge together. 💪

One of the best parts of Murph at CrossFit Seven is seeing every athlete make it their own. Walk, run, partition reps, scale movements, wear a vest or don’t… the goal is showing up and giving your best effort — and that’s exactly what happened today. 🙌

Every single person did AMAZING. The energy, encouragement, sweat, laughs, and community spirit were unreal. Proud is an understatement. 👏

Some people spend May Long relaxing…

Our ladies said “nah, let’s casually do 2000 calories and 500 burpee box overs instead”

Today at the Man Made May Long Enduro competition they tackled:
⚡️ 500 cal row
⚡️ 500 cal ski erg
⚡️ 500 cal echo bike
⚡️ 500 cal assault runner
⚡️ 500 burpee box overs over a 30” box 😵‍💫

Coach Ash and Rebecca absolutely sent it and came away with a HUGE 3rd place finish 🥉👏

Coach Nikki and Coach Kaitlynn also crushed the day and proved once again that CrossFit people are built a little differently 😂💪

Proud of these ladies for surviving the mental grind, embracing the suffering, and still smiling after all those burpees (well… eventually 😅)
