Birthday Workout 🎂 I'm celebrating the 25th Anniversary of my Sweet 16😉
Did an Upper Body Balance Workout with lots of BOSU. Balance is a good theme for what I want this year. We all fall into that trap: unbalanced. Maybe it's too much work, being a yes-man, spreading yourself thin, and where does the self-care, relaxation, and personal progress go?
I'm working on taking good care of me and making memories with family and friends ❤️ What are you doing to keep things balanced? To get what you really want?
