Birthday Workout 🎂 I'm celebrating the 25th Anniversary of my Sweet 16😉

Did an Upper Body Balance Workout with lots of BOSU. Balance is a good theme for what I want this year. We all fall into that trap: unbalanced. Maybe it's too much work, being a yes-man, spreading yourself thin, and where does the self-care, relaxation, and personal progress go?

I'm working on taking good care of me and making memories with family and friends ❤️ What are you doing to keep things balanced? To get what you really want?

A little balance work to shake things up😀 Balance exercises create more time under tension, so great for strength gains and neuromuscular stimulation. Also helps with core strength and control, reduces fall risk, and a fun challenge!

Ugh, don't mind my bloated belly in this one, but a Bulk Phase will have some of that, lol.

Did you know BOSU stands for Both Sides Up? There's a function on the flat or dome side.

Tiny hotel gym? No worries! A bench and dumbbells can go a long way. Got this great Upper Body workout and hit the pool!

You don't always need a long workout to make it effective. Keeping it to just 4 exercises allowed me to get in a late workout and some personal bests.

I want to be like my nephew when I grow up! An incredible Power Lifter at age 19, Tyson rocked it at the Ragnorak Open! Setting some amazing PRs he did about 450 lbs Back Squat, 275 lbs Bench Press, and 500 lbs Deadlift! Just amazing! So much fun watching and celebrating with the family. If you need inspiration, look at this amazing athlete still in his teens!

Happy International Women's Day!

I just started a Bulk Phase this weekend! Very excited and big mental challenge to intententionally put on weight! Looking forward to the extra energy that comes with it and giving myself a new challenge.

Definitely not as common to hear this goal of putting on weight with women, but trying to let go of stereotypes and growing up with all that influence. Working to show myself and those around me, strong, muscular women are incredible and sexy!
