Confidence doesn’t come before you start.
It comes from doing the reps.💪
I had a client tell me she didn’t feel strong enough to be confident skating.
So I asked:
When was the last time you skated regularly?
The answer was no — not before, and not now.
And that mattered.
Because nothing was “wrong” with her body or her strength.
She just hadn’t had enough time doing the thing yet.
We expect confidence to magically appear before we try something new — skating, lifting, training, returning after time off.
But confidence isn’t magic.
It’s built through reps, practice, and consistency.
Think about starting a new job.
You’re capable on day one — but you’re not confident yet.
That comes after repetition.
Movement works the same way.
If something feels hard, awkward, or intimidating right now, it doesn’t mean you can’t do it.
It usually just means you haven’t done it enough yet.🏋
You don’t need confidence first.
You need support, structure, and reps.
And that’s exactly what I help with.🖤
If you want to build real confidence — without shame, without pressure, and in a body that’s allowed to be exactly as it is right now — let’s work together.
