New Leverage Squat/Calf Press

Great for performing squats, lunges and calf raises as shown!

We will be doing some work to this machine to make it a little taller and easier to unrack (not have to go into such a deep squat)*

New Accessory!

The Torq wedge is a great addition for many of our leg machines and/or free weights!

The base is magnetic, so it sticks to our steel platforms, but also comes with built in U-Hooks for the platforms that are not magnetic!

It comes in 3-seperate pieces (please keep them together) which consist of a base and two wedges that allow for a lesser or greater wedge angle and range of motion!

A simple yet highly effective addition to the gym!

New Plate Selectorized Back Extension!

A great and simple way to now add resistance to a 45 degree back extension!

In the first series of reps, the pad is lower on the upper leg, which will bias more hamstrings and glutes. The higher the pad is towards your hip, the more you will bias the erectors!

New Speciality Bar
"Arch Nemesis Swiss Bar" from Bells of Steel

This bar is best used in our full power racks as they are wider than the flat benches and the J-Hooks are much larger which support the thickness of the barbell much safer.

There are three grips that can be used!
First, the narrow grip that will bias more triceps work! The middle grip, will be more balanced between the chest, shoulders and triceps. Lastly, the wide grip will bias the chest more!

The curvature to this bar allows for a greater range of motion while the neutral grip also makes it easier for those with shoulder limitations and struggle to use a straight bar without discomfort.

The loaded end range positions will give you a serious pump while improving shoulder mobility!

This bar also doubles as a lat pulldown attachment if you would like to use it there too!

Keep in mind, the bar is only 25 lbs!
