Grounded Studios

We at Grounded Studios bring a new and unique training experience to North Bay; focusing on both Yoga and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and offering it all under one roof! facility is located …… and features state of the art equipment, professional grade mats, top of the line sounds system, comfortable and relaxing lounge, a reception area with pro shop, not to mention ample free parking.

We specialize in Hatha Yoga, Hot Yoga, as well as Aerial Yoga. We are proudly affiliated with Team RENZO GRACIE OTTAWA, and strive to promote as well as teach Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) under the guidance of OAMA (Ottawa Academy of Martial Arts), head instructor and Renzo Gracie Black Belt, Pat Cooligan. Come and see how we offer the perfect complimentary workout routine with separate classes for each discipline. We also have programs for kids, including anti-bullying, all in a supportive family atmosphere to create success in training for all members of the family. We will have women-only classes for ladies who want to train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and self-defense in a fun, safe, female-student only setting. We love a good challenge… and so do these kids! We have so much fun in our Afterschool Program!

We know it’s summertime and no one wants to think of school but it’s right around the corner! What are your kids doing after school? Our ASP program picks kids up right from school and drops them off right at our doors making it a super safe commute. Martial arts, games, crafts and more.
If your child attends St. Luke’s, Alliance or Mapleview, we have a direct drop off for you!!!
