We are now accepting applications for a FULL-TIME MEMBERSHIP SALES ASSOCIATE to join our team at World Gym North Bay!
This is a sales-focused position, not simply a front-desk role. The successful candidate will play an important part in growing our membership by connecting with prospective members, conducting club tours, following up with leads, generating referrals and helping people find the membership that best fits their goals.
🔴 WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We’re looking for someone with at least 1+ year of relevant experience in a gym or fitness facility, membership sales, retail sales, hospitality, or a similar customer-focused environment.
Our ideal candidate is:
💪 Confident, outgoing and comfortable approaching new people
🎯 Sales-driven and motivated by goals and targets
📞 Comfortable making outbound calls and consistently following up with leads
🤝 Able to build rapport and confidently close sales
⭐ Experienced in providing excellent customer service
📋 Organized, reliable and able to work independently
🏋️ Passionate about fitness, health and an active lifestyle
⏰ Available to work a flexible full-time schedule, including afternoons, evenings and weekends
This position is approximately 35–40 hours per week and includes sales commission, a complimentary VIP Plus membership, access to club amenities, employee perks and opportunities for growth.
