Welcome to Pound class--The fun fitness class that combines a cardio workout with all of your dreams of being a badass drummer! Must Show Proof Of Vaccination to Participate.

$2 RIPSTIX Rental fee per class OR $10 Flat rental fee for the Month.
*Stick rental is free for first class*
Bring a yoga mat. Bring your own stix if

you have them. Indoor Shoes or go Barefoot

Sorry everyone. No final class tonight. Unfortunately with the pregnancy, the heat and the smoke lately breathing is a struggle.
I hope to pick back up in the new year after baby and life settles down!

Morning everyone!
Unfortunately there will be no class this week as my little guy starts soccer Wednesday evenings.
With that being said for the month of June we can change the day and time to Monday or Tuesday at 7pm. Do you have a day preference? At the end of June I will be taking a break until after the baby to prepare for a second little one and complete some house renovations.
Let me know if Monday or Tuesday works better or if you prefer to just break now as I know the nice weather is finally upon us!
I appreciate all the love and support from my pound squad that have stuck with me from the beginning
