Strong Start is back for the summer!☀️💪

Coach Danielle's Youth Strength Program is officially open for summer registration, and spots are already going fast. If your kid is between 10 and 14 and you want them building real strength, confidence, and skills this summer, this is the program for them.

Here's what they'll get:
✔️The basics of strength training in a safe, coached environment
✔️Better coordination and body awareness
✔️Structured progress that actually builds confidence
✔️A fun, encouraging community to train in

📅 July 20 – August 31
🕒 Mondays at 3:15–4:15pm
💰 $139.99 +GST for the full 7-week program

Strong for Two: Cass's Story 🤰💪

"Movement has always been a big part of my life, and being able to continue moving and challenging my body in a way I truly enjoy has been one of the biggest blessings of my pregnancy. My midwife encouraged me to keep working out the way I normally would and simply listen to my body when I needed to adapt or modify. Thankfully, I was already at a gym that supported exactly that.

Every single coach at Frontier Athletics has been incredible. They've helped me modify and adapt workouts as needed, cheered me on, and made me feel supported through every workout and every phase of this pregnancy. Showing up in a new and constantly changing body isn't always easy, but the Frontier coaches' skills and experience has meant every modification is thoughtful, safe, and effective.

And then there's the community... I have never felt more love, acceptance, and support. Everyday, I enjoy getting the chance to tackle workouts alongside so many encouraging members.

I'm happy to report that at 38 weeks pregnant, I am still consistently going to the gym. I haven't felt this strong and in tune with my body in a long time, and I owe all this to the coaches, programming, and community at Frontier Athletics. We’re excited to now offer this as a structured group class designed specifically to support women through menopause (peri and post).

If you’ve been experiencing things like low energy, stubborn weight gain, joint stiffness, or changes in strength: this program is built for you.

This isn’t just general fitness. It’s intentional strength training designed to support your body through hormonal changes.

We focus on:
✔ Building and maintaining muscle
✔ Supporting metabolism and energy levels
✔ Improving joint health and movement quality
✔ Creating consistency in a supportive, understanding environment
