YOU ASKED, WE LISTENED.

The Tuesday and Thursday classes have been waitlisted like CRAZY over the last month, so we’re adding TWO MORE CLASSES to the weekly schedule!

Same lift, same programming, just another time to get your training in without the waitlist stress.

Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1 PM.

You’ll see the new class times pop up on the schedule starting Tuesday, November 3rd.

More spots, more lifting, more opportunities to get after it. See you there!

Introducing our upcoming Maverick Workshop Series; focused sessions designed to help you build skills, refine your technique, and get more out of your training.

FIRST WORKSHOP: CLEANS w Coach Sierra

Smaller groups - more attention to detail, therefore limited booking spots.

Email us or reserve via kilo to grab your spot.

From Olympic lifting to strength and accessory work, we’re bringing our coaches’ expertise to the floor to help you level up.

Whether you’re working toward your first rep or refining the skills you already have, there’s something here for you.

HEY GUYS! Merch pre-order is out, taking this right now just to get an idea of sizes and numbers, I’ll order a few extras in a couple sizes but once they are gone they are GONE!

LINK IN BIO

No payment required right now, just looking for which merch you are planning to grab and we will take payment when they come in.

At the bottom of the form I’ve left a space for special requests. I have no minimum order on the brand I am ordering from, so if you’d like different colours that aren’t there (with the same branding) PLEASE don’t hesitate to enter it in there (literally I can even make a pink one if you’re feeling spicy).

DEADLINE is Oct.21 - I’ll be tossing the order in then!!

MEMBER HIGHLIGHT: SHARRON!!!!

You know her, you love her, and if you’re a member of Maverick, chances are Sharron is one of your biggest fans. She remembers everyone’s name….even if it’s your very first day… and somehow makes you feel like you’ve been part of this community forever.

She’s the first one through the door for class (to get that iconic warm up done, obviously) and the last one out, because there’s always time for a little extra grip work.

There are so many people who make this space what it is, and Sharron is absolutely one of them. She brings an energy into the room that is impossible not to feel… encouraging, enthusiastic, welcoming, and always cheering someone on.

And most legendary move recently?

The “Hot Gmum” magnets.

Because apparently tracking your sets needed a little more personality.

Sharron, you deserve an award simply for being the energy that lights up the room. We’re very lucky to have you. 💜

Thanks for being exactly who you are and for making Maverick a little more fun, a little more welcoming, and a whole lot more you.
