Boxing Gym & Fitness Club Boxing is an ancient form of self-defence, and also an internationally popular sport.

Nelson Boxing club was opened in order to provide people with an avenue to increase their fitness, and self confidence while learning a valuable skill. Boxing training is one of the most intense and effective ways to improve your fitness levels, while learning a valuable skill, and having alot of fun. Our club is open to all ages, genders, and abilities. Boxers training in our club will have the o

pportunity to work towards competing in officially sanctioned boxing bouts on the local, provincial, and (eventually) national level. Our coaches have over 15 years experience in boxing, both here in Canada, and internationally, having coached, fought, and trained in places like, Australia, Puerto Rico, Cuba, France, Spain, Italy, Nicaragua, and Brasil.
