That “little ache” after pickleball might be your body trying to tell you something.

Pain is common. We’re all human. But pain that keeps coming back, gets more frequent, feels heavier, or starts limiting your game is not something to brush off.

Early warning signs can include lingering stiffness, repeated pain in the same area, and losing range of motion around a joint.

The earlier you pay attention, the better chance you have of addressing it before it becomes a bigger issue.
