Hi parents!

As we patiently wait for hockey to start, we've decided to grab some ice so we can get the kids out and make sure they don't forget what hockey is all about!!

We have 2 x 1HR sessions next week at the Kingston arena for the 2013-14 group.

SUNDAY October 18th 2:15-3:15PM
WEDNESDAY October 21st 5:00 - 6:00PM

Cost = $25 for both.

Hi parents!!

We're officially open for registration with dates/times for our September sessions. All sessions begin the week of September 7th and end October 4th and will take place at the Kingston arena. There will be two sessions per week for the 2014s and 2015s and three for the 2011s-2013s (with Sunday sessions dedicated to scrimmaging).

We will also be offering Goalie clinics on Fridays from 5:30-6:30PM and Saturdays 9:00-10:00AM for ALL ages. Goalies will also be put into the scrimmages and practices so lots of opportunity to get on the ice.

Below is a breakdown with a calendar.

2015s (green)- Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:15 - 6:15PM
2014s (red) - Mondays and Wednesdays 5:15 - 6:15PM
2013s (yellow)- Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:30 - 7:30PM, Sundays 4:00 - 5:00PM
2012s (blue) - Mondays and Wednesdays 6:30 - 7:30PM, Sundays 5:15 - 6:15PM
2011s (purple) - Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:45 - 8:45PM, Sundays 6:30 - 7:30PM

We are able to accept limited kids in these sessions due to the COVID-19 restrictions and as such the cost will be reflected.

Cost for 2014s and 2015s = $120
Cost for 2011s - 2013s = $180
Cost for Goalies = TBA

Hello everyone!!

I'm reaching out to you all today so you have an idea of what is coming from our group for development this summer/fall.

We're planning on running sessions for kids DOB 2011-2015 (broken into groups) beginning early September for 4 weeks.
For the 2011s-2013s, there will be 3 sessions per week for 4 weeks so 12 sessions total per skater.
For the 2014s-2015s, there will be 2 sessions per week for 4 weeks so 8 sessions total per skater.
We will also be running goalie sessions (all ages).

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to reach out - I will update this page and send an email blast as soon as dates/times are confirmed.

Lastly, thank you all for your ongoing support. It's been a tough summer for our family and coaches and we've all really felt the love and support come from this community.

Awesome Day yesterday! The kids had a great skate and worked really hard. Thank you to everyone that attended. A big shout out and thank you to the arena staff at the Credit Union Centre Arena For everything you guys do.

This is an FYI from Western Valley Minor Hockey for all interested. This would be a great opportunity to get some info and have questions answered about the great program Scott and his group have been running this year.

Novice Information Session

To all 2011 and 2012 Western Valley Players (Berwick, Bridgetown, Greenwood and Middleton)

My name is Scott Roles and I was one of the coaches for the Novice Intermediate/Advanced team this past season. We are currently looking for players for next season!! We are going to have an Information session about our Novice Intermediate/Advanced program on Sunday February 24th at 4-5pm at the Credit Union Arena in Kingston. Trying to get ice time that coincides with everyones schedules is difficult and I am sure that some people may not be able to attend and that is OK!! If you have any questions you can email me!!

The plan is to have the boards set up and to have two cross ice games going on while I have a parent meeting in the warm room. I will go over what we did this past season, along with budget, ice times, travel, tournaments etc. This is the main purpose of this session, the Western Valley Novice team is trying to get as much information out as possible so everyone knows about our team!!

We ask that all players bring a jersey of their own to wear. We will have volunteers on the ice along with on the benches. This is the first year that we will be doing this information session so we do not know how many kids we will be getting, the more the merrier!!

Please email myself at [email protected] to confirm if you are coming or if you can not attend but would like some information!! When emailing to confirm, please indicate if your son/daughter is a goalie and please indicate their birth year!!
