For all of us, this team is more than a team. It’s a second family. An organization we couldn't be more proud to be a part of. An organization that allows us to continuously surpass ourselves. An organization where we can be ourselves. Unfortunately, following the health crisis that is raging across the world, we have had to stay at home for this season. Far from our teammates. Far from our second family. However, this season being on hold does not mean the end of the RMC Combat Weapons Team - quite the contrary.
Indeed, we continued to meet and support each other but online rather than in person.
We continued to play sports but individually rather than together in college.
We continued to practice our weapon handling but at home (and without weapons of course).
In addition, I invite you to continue to follow us on our social networks to see what is coming.
Finaly, this photograph was taken at the Westpoint Military Academy shooting range before the beginning of the pandemic. Thus justifying the absence of social distancing measures.
Pour nous tous, cette équipe c’est bien plus qu’une équipe. C’est une seconde famille. Une organisation pour laquelle nous ne pourrions être plus fière de faire partie. Une organisation qui nous permet de nous surpasser continuellement. Une organisation où nous pouvons nous sentir nous-mêmes. Malheureusement, suite à la crise sanitaire qui fait rage à travers le monde, Nous avons due, pour cette saison, rester à la maison. Loin de nos coéquipiers. Loin de notre seconde famille. Cependant, cette pause ne signifie pas la fin de l’équipe d’armes de combat de CMR, bien au contraire.
En effet, nous avons continué à nous réunir et à nous soutenir mais en ligne plutôt qu’en personne.
Nous avons continué à faire du sport mais individuellement plutôt qu’ensemble au collège.
Nous avons continué à pratiquer nos maniements d’armes mais à la maison (et sans armes bien sûr).
De plus je vous invite à continuer de nous suivre sur nos réseaux sociaux pour voir ce qui s’en vient.
Finalement, cette photographie a été prise sur le champ de tir de L’académie Militaire de Westpoint avant le début de la pandémie. Justifiant ainsi l’absence de de mesures de distanciation sociale.
