COBE Basketball is excited to welcome Coach Beth Thomas to the team. Beth is a long-time competitive player - and passionate coach. She will be leading our girls programs starting in September. Beth was a support coach this summer for the u16 and U13-15 COBE Performance Teams and will be Head Coach for Kingston Impact Senior Girls team for the 26/27 season.

COBE 3x3 returns in October. Boys 8-11 / 12-14 on Sundays | Girls 8-11 / 12-14 on Mondays. All sessions to take place at BGC South East- West End Community Centre- 1300 Bath Road.
Limited spots for each age group so register before it too late.

We turned our plank warm-up into a Rock, Paper, Scissors Tournament—a fun way to get the group laughing, competing, and getting to know each other on Day of camp.

But there was a method to the madness… 👀

While they were busy battling it out, we were secretly getting in some shoulder stability + core work too. 💪

This fall, we’re expanding our programming to give young athletes even more opportunities to learn, develop and compete.
🔥 NEW Shooting & Ball Handling Clinics
Focused sessions designed to accelerate skill development and build confidence with the ball.
💪 NEW COBE BUILD
Combining basketball skills development on the court with strength training in the gym — helping athletes build a stronger, more complete foundation.
🏀 Skills & Game Play – Girls Only
Develop the skills, then put them to work! Athletes will move from focused skill development directly into competitive game situations.
🌱 COBE Development – Ages 5–7 & 8–11
Our coed development sessions continue to build the next generation of players through fundamentals, confidence and a love of the game.

Day 1 of COBE Performance Training Camp 🏀

Today isn’t about being perfect. It is about being willing to push yourself, make mistakes, and learn from them.

Our athletes heard an important message from Coach Stew today: if you’re not willing to make mistakes, you’re not willing to grow.

We’re here to challenge ourselves, get uncomfortable, and become better athletes, one rep at a time.
