What a weekend at the Edmonton International Judo Championship 2026! 🥋

Bryan Hunt and Adam Ravenstein stepped on the tatami to represent the club and came home with 1 gold 🥇 and 3 bronze 🥉 medals.

We couldn’t be happier and prouder of their performance. This was not luck—it’s the result of hard training, discipline, and strong mental and physical preparation.

Thank you for representing the club with such determination and for continuing to open the path of competing and fighting in tournaments.

❓What is Petit Samurai?

✏️It is a kids’ Judo event that brings together young Judoka, U12 and under, from local clubs to foster friendship and promote the positive values of Judo. The event gives Judoka an opportunity to interact and share their love of Judo with other Kootenay Judo Clubs including Fernie, Creston, Invermere and Cranbrook clubs.

❓Do I receive anything if I participate?

✏️Each participant is presented with a certificate and a special badge at the end of the event.

❓Where is it going to be held?

✏️St.Mary's School upstairs gym in Cranbrook
