Join Cheryl for a special practice to welcome the arrival of summer!

108 Sun Salutations, divided into manageable rounds with time to rest, snack, and enjoy being together.

Each round will focus on a different theme inspired by the energy of summer, creating a meaningful way to begin the new season.

Join in for as many rounds as you like, rest when you need, and enjoy the experience.

Tomorrow is launch day! 🙌🏼

Tonight at 10 pm we officially say goodbye to Mindbody and complete our transition to the new Practice Movement Studio App and booking system.

Your memberships, passes, credits, account information, and upcoming bookings are all being transferred over automatically.

Watch your inbox tomorrow morning for login instructions and password reset info.

There may be a brief delay in your ability to book tomorrow morning but classes are running as scheduled so please come down. We will sign you in when you get here!

I'm so grateful for where we live, and for the places that make it easy to pause and reset.
This week I found a quiet stretch of sun along the creek and let myself slow down for a few breaths. ☀️
These few moments in the warm spring air, with the calming sound of the water nearby, felt like a soft return to myself.

Something exciting is coming to Practice! 🎉

Next week we will officially be launching our very own Practice Movement Studio App and refreshed website.

Over the past couple months we've been working on a new booking experience that is more intuitive, easier to use, and has more flexibility and features.

Things we're really excited about:

• Booking for a friend
• Tracking milestones
• Easier updates to your account
• Adding a rental mat at checkout
• A community style homepage where updates, events and announcements will all live in one place

Watch your inbox on Tuesday, June 2nd for download links and instructions to log into your account.

Your memberships, passes, and upcoming bookings will all transfer over automatically.

Our lovely Krista is heading off on a big European adventure for the month of June 🧳🌎

Before she leaves there are just three more chances to practice with her:

Tonight - Ashtanga, 6 pm
Tuesday - 50/50, 6 pm
Next Thursday - Ashtanga, 6 pm

Krista's classes are such a meaningful part of our studio, we sure are going to miss her!

After next Thursday, Ashtanga will be taking a pause for the summer while Krista is away and enjoying some extra (much deserved) time off this season.

Come move, sweat. breathe, and send her off with lots of love before her travels begin. ❤️
