The Inner Roar Yoga and Wellness Public, Private and Semi Private Yoga Sessions & Personalized Holistic Health Coaching Programs.

The Inner Roar is owned and operated by registered Yoga teacher and holistic health coach Chelsea Eisses. Classes range from medium paced vinyasa flow to gentle rebalancing sequences as well as yin-restorative classes. Our studio focus is to guide people out of their heads and into their bodies where they may be able to start uniting much more deeply with the inner self and the heart. Sometimes the best way to access this connection is through sweat, sometimes simple silence.

The Yamas (ethical disciplines of yoga) a 5-class journey now available on Inner Roar’s on-demand.

The first Limb of Classical Yoga (Patanjali’s 8 Limbs) is known as the Yamas, translated simply as ethical disciplines or moral guidelines for a student of yoga.

Traditionally, these ideas speak to the way a yogi is meant to behave and live in accordance with a high moral code - to be conscious, compassionate, ethical, honest and fair.

Our ethical disciplines are a barometer for how we interact with the world, the world around us and our world within as well.

We can interpret these ideas in a modern-day sense as an opportunity to observe the way we move through life, how we relate to other people, and how we treat each other and ourselves - even in the moments when no one is watching. These disciplines encourage us to direct our energy, or our life force, in a way that will be beneficial. To really live our best.

Try these 5 practices to digest each Yama and see how each can apply to your life.

The build toward another summer is here!
And it feels great!

Krista is off for the month of June on a European adventure. (Jealous!)

Chelsea will be teaching her morning classes for the month, and offering a revised evening class on Tuesday evenings (5:30-6:30pm).

The warm months always change our class participation, and we will launch a new Fall schedule with multiple evening classes again in September. For now, we are skinnying things up.

Joyful Morning

An intentional start to the day. This full-spectrum practice will mindfully move your body and breath to loosen off all your sticky places, picking up your blood flow, and hopefully setting you back right into the center of yourself. You can expect fluid salutations, space in your hips, shoulders and chest and a fun balance too.
Morning practice can be particularly impactful, and I hope you leave your mat feeling aligned, easeful and set up for a joyful day ahead!
