Join Strides and the Bow Valley Refugee Project for a special screening of Free to Run on Wednesday, October 21.

The film follows Stephanie Case’s record-breaking 2021 Tors des Glaciers ultra run and shines a light on the barriers facing female runners in Afghanistan. It’s a powerful story about the freedom to run, the strength of women, and the barriers that still exist in sport.

✨ Optional run/walk: 6:00 PM
✨ Film screening: 7:15 PM

📍 Canmore Brewing — 1460 Railway Ave, Canmore

Free to attend! Donations to the Bow Valley Refugee Project are welcome.

Hope to see you there!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for a chilly morning run, and a big shoutout to Brooks for bringing the demos and fueling us up with coffee and donuts post-run. ☕🍩 Because really, is there anything better than coffee and donuts after a run?
