Well, this is pretty cool. 🏔️
Vertical Addiction has been nominated in FOUR categories in the 2026 Rocky Mountain Outlook Best of the Bow awards:

🏆 Best Ski Shop
🏆 Best Place to Get Outdoor Clothes
🏆 Best Men’s Store
🏆 Best Company Web Page

For a small independent shop in Canmore, being recognized in four different categories means a lot to us.
We’ve always tried to make Vertical Addiction a place where good gear comes with good advice, whether you’re getting set up for your first day in the mountains or you’ve been chasing turns and climbing routes around the Bow Valley for years.

If you think we deserve the nod, we’d love your vote!

And nominated or not, thank you. To everyone who shops with us, visits the store, orders online, asks us gear questions, recommends us to a friend, or simply stops by to talk about the mountains, your support is what keeps an independent shop like ours going.

Vote for Vertical Addiction in Best of the Bow 2026. ❤️

shares his thoughts on the Unleashed 106, Shift bindings and Decoy ski boot during his August ski trip to Chile , and . Traveling to Chile is always amazing but this year we lucked out with the snow. We got to ski a variety of conditions which gave us the perfect opportunity to test out the skis and boots.

📣 It’s here, the limited edition of David P. Jones Purcells Guidebook.

If you’re looking for incredible alpine climbing, it’s the book for you! It covers many world-class climbing areas comparable to the Bugs, but with a lot less crowds.
💯 recommended!
