WHY DO YOU LOVE TO TEACH PILATES?
I love being able to share my passion for Pilates and help people feel stronger, more confident and more connected to their bodies. Seeing clients progress, build strength, and celebrate milestones together in class is incredibly rewarding. I love creating a welcoming space where people of all ages and abilities feel supported, challenged, and encouraged in their movement.
WHY CHOOSE TO ATTEND YOUR CLASS?
focus on strong Pilates fundamentals to help you build strength and confidence, while adding variety to keep you engaged week after week. I always offer options and modifications so everyone in my class can move in a way that feels right for their body. My goal is for you to leave class feeling ten times better than when you walked in.
WHAT DO YOU LIKE TO DO OUTSIDE OF TEACHING PILATES?
Outside the studio, I also work as a Dietitian and love anything that involves food, movement and the outdoors. You’ll often find me at the gym, walking along the beach with an iced latte, playing tennis with my partner, or catching up with friends over dinner (and probably a margarita!).
