29 legends hit 14+ sessions in July. Middle of winter. No excuses season.

Let's be honest, July is when most people fall off. Dark mornings, cold, the couch is right there. But this crew didn't blink.

That's not luck. That's not motivation either, motivation doesn't get you out of bed at 5am in July. It's a habit. A system. A decision made once so you don't have to make it every single morning.

We've got Winter Warriors running right now too, so the whole gym is feeding off this energy. It's loud in there. It's busy. It's what a gym should feel like.

Tim’s been doing CrossFit long enough to know exactly what he loves. A fun workout that pushes him. Not necessarily burpees though.

He keeps coming back because it pays off. Every single time.

That’s the deal with this stuff. It’s not always fun in the moment. But you never regret showing up.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I was 24 with no purpose, I didn’t even know it until I found this.
Floating through life, scared of weights, scared of what people would think of me.
CrossFit didn’t just change how I looked. It changed how I ate, how I slept, who I surrounded myself with. It gave me a version of myself I didn’t know existed.
15 years later I’m still doing it, now I get to watch other people find that same thing walking through our doors every day.
