Coach Jane is competing at the Torian Pro Age Group Semi Final, the final qualifier before Games.

The fact that you carve out time for yourself, even when it's hard, even when it would be easier not to, means more than you probably realise.

That hour is yours. You've earned it.

The barbell has a reputation.
Heavy. Intimidating. For someone else.
And honestly? That reputation does a lot of damage because the women who need it most are the ones who walk straight past it.
Here’s what I know after coaching mums in Toowoomba for years: the ones who were most convinced it wasn’t for them are now the ones I can’t program a WOD without it for.
It’s not about strength. It’s about being shown.
If nobody’s ever properly put that bar in your hands and walked you through it, that’s not a you problem. That’s just something that hasn’t happened yet.

Your body has been trying to tell you something for a while now.

Exhaustion that doesn't come from doing anything. Back pain from a desk you've sat at for years. Evenings where you can't switch off. Sleep that's worse than it used to be.

And that recurring thought "I should really start training" that doesn't go away on its own.

These aren't just inconveniences. They're signals.

At Peak Project we work with people who are 30–45, time-poor, and feeling exactly this way. Consistently. And consistently, the same thing changes everything.

Nobody tells you what the first 30 days actually feel like.

Days 1–5: everything hurts.
Days 6–10: it starts to make sense.
Days 11–20: the wall hits and motivation drops, this is where most people quit.

Days 21–25: sleep gets better. Energy lifts. You start checking the WOD the night before out of curiosity, not dread.

Day 30: you don’t feel like someone trying to get fit. You feel like someone who trains.

That identity shift is the real result of month one.

Save this for when day 14 gets hard. It’s supposed to be hard. You’re building something.

Saturday morning hit different today. 😤
Committed Club showed up, and Lou delivered a WOD that tested every single one of them.
These people chose the bar over the bed on a Saturday morning.
That’s the Committed Club standard. That’s Peak Project.
