Trainer Leon Spain has had over25 years experience in training fighters, a former fighter him self he has trained in Thailand and Japan picking up different training methods along the way. Spain's gym caters to kids,men & women, first timers who just want to get fit and to professional fighters that want to train hard and fight as much as they can. Our training is a mix of Technique and fitness with up to date smart training methods. Spain's gym is in Toowoomba on Anzac Ave In side the SMITHY'S GYM complex across the road from newtown pub. We have 1x full size boxing, 2x small boxing rings,6ft bags, speed balls,floor to ceiling bags, free weights, kettle bells,medicine balls, dip chins and leg raise frame, pull down machine, treadmill, crunch machine, cross trainer, rowing machine,male and female showers and toilets & sauna. Spain's Gym Trains 5.30pm to 8-8.30pm MON,TUE,THUR,FRI depending on what fights are coming up we also will do sat sparring and some wed nights as well. Any one that joins the gym is welcome to come use it at any other time when we are not training also. There is also other classes of MMA, Boxing & Zumba you can also join in the complex. Gym fees
Monthly SMITHY'S GYM fee $60
Monthly Spain's Gym fee $50 or $10 Per session
so together for a month is $110
