We’ve rolled out a new & improved timetable, split the age groups up, and every class is packed with fun, fitness, confidence and skills your kids will love.

We’re excited to officially drop our new and improved timetable, bringing more structure, more opportunities, and more classes for all ages.

👊 NEW: TEENS MUAY THAI CLASS
Designed specifically for teens — building confidence, discipline, fitness, and solid Muay Thai fundamentals in a supportive environment.

🧒 KIDS TIMETABLE CHANGES
We’ve updated our kids classes to improve flow, age grouping, and training quality — making classes more effective, engaging, and fun for our younger athletes.

🥊 NEW BOXING-FOCUSED SESSIONS
Twice a month, our Friday 6pm class will be boxing-focused, sharpening hands, footwork, and ring movement — led by a former boxing champion.

This update means:
✅ Better progression
✅ Clearer class structure
✅ More training opportunities
