Care a lot and then let it go.

If we stay in our heads, or stay stuck focused on how we think the scene ”should” play out, the casting director/prospective agent/audience will feel our doubt.

👉 Self-trust and the ability to let go is so important for actors in order to deliver electrifying memorable performances.
