So much of what is going on right now reminds us of WHY we wrote a book about resilience. You have to keep moving forward with faith and hope. In our book we use the metaphor of conquering sh*t mountain and how you need to Take Accountability, Build your Support Team, Keep Persevering and Be Authentic to who you are. This is our formula for success and these 4 steps are really being demonstrated at the moment, so keep up the faith and hope and keep moving forward ❤️

Getting ready (final outfit check) for an afternoon of filming - this time working with the Hellenic Lyceum, Sydney to produce a cultural event - "2500 Year Anniversary of the Battles of Thermopylae and Salamis." This historical event (which changed the course of European history) is being celebrated around the world, albeit a bit differently to what we had originally planned. With technology however, we will be able to make this event available to so many more people around the world. We can't wait to share the video with you once its finalised. Mindful in May starts today! Being more mindful and present is one of our tips for persevering through challenges and change in our book. Mindful in May is a great initiative to promote the importance of mindfulness and the positive impact it can have on your life. So take 10 minutes each day this month and dedicate to meditation or another mindful practice and see the difference it can make to your resilience, anxiety and overall ability to maintain calm. Remember - your emotional and mental health is just as important as your physical health.
