There’s not much to say that hasn’t been said already. You’ve had an enormous impact on us and proudly represented and furthered 98, we’ll miss you terribly; your attentive, sweet coaching, your love for the members, and every little quirk that has made you so intensely lovable.

Strength training and endurance sport. And, not or.

Over the weekend our guy dipped his toe into the Sydney Backyard Ultra, and what really shows isn’t just the physical feat or the astronomical grit he showed - it’s everything about how he got there. Andy has consistently kept up his strength training alongside his running, and the results speak for themselves: an unreal performance and no injuries.

Endurance athletes who strength train move more efficiently, fatigue later, and stay injury-free longer.

It’s no longer considered a nice-to-have. It’s a must.

Hell yeah Andy. NO BAD WEEKS.
