You’ve trained the stations. But have you raced the whole thing — in order, at race pace — before it counts?

Road to HYROX Sydney. A full race-style simulation at Soultrain. 8 runs, 8 stations, exact race order, competition-standard equipment. Two weeks out from the real thing.

You get a real time. Real pacing. A live leaderboard placing.

Then you recover on-site — sauna, ice, the room next door. You walk out knowing exactly where you stand, with two weeks left to sharpen.

What does it actually take to win HYROX?

It’s not one perfect block.
It’s not shortcuts.

It’s showing up consistently.
And being willing to attack your weaknesses.

That’s the shift Luke made —
from training hard…
to training with intent.

Every session has a purpose.
Everything builds towards performance.

to sub-70 in his second HYROX.



“Before Soultrain, I was just turning up to the gym…
no real plan, no structure.”



Now?

→ 1:13:58 in his first race
→ 1:09:47 in his second
→ Engine went from weakness → weapon



“My cardio was holding me back.
Now it’s one of my strengths.”



But the biggest shift wasn’t just fitness.

It was how he trains.

Racing with was a blast! Getting to see a great athlete performing from the inside was inspiring.

It was a fun race, with a solid performance and a great result…. 4th in our age group, and 36th overall.

We raced hard.

Worked as a team.

And gave it our best.

Don’t let the finish line photo fool you. We both suffered. But we loved every minute of it and felt grateful to be out there competing.

Excited to get back to work. Sub 60 min performance coming soon!
