We want to congratulate and wish the best of luck to the following Swan Hill Flyers Representatives, as they have been selected based on their ongoing development and commitment shown through Basketball Victoria programs and their associations. Lucas, Tess and Sharon will head to Albury for the ACJBC while Ivy, Rubi and Jack will head to Melbourne next week for SCC.

Plyometrics are such an underrated tool in your training πŸ‹πŸ½β€β™€οΈβœ¨
They help build power, speed, coordination & resilience - all things we want for everyday movement & sport.

For best results, add your plyo work at the start of your session when your body is fresh and reactive.
You can sprinkle them throughout your workout too - just be mindful that fatigue can sneak in, & good technique matters most when you’re tired.

Small, controlled, intentional reps > max effort with messy form.
