What began as a 3-week Pilates program with Senior Competition Team has inspired something much bigger 🤍
Over the past few weeks, we’ve watched these young dancers build strength, improve mobility and develop greater body awareness. But the biggest transformation wasn’t strength or flexibility.
It was confidence.
Watching the girls encourage one another, challenge themselves and discover what their bodies are capable of has been incredibly special.
We’re so excited to announce that our Richardson Dance Studio Teen Pilates classes will now continue as a weekly offering every Tuesday with Pilates instructor Moriah.

Exclusively for Richardson Dance Studio dancers aged 13–17 years.

At One Body, we’re passionate about creating a space where people feel comfortable, supported and empowered. With small class sizes, a private studio and a welcoming environment, every dancer has the opportunity to move with confidence and feel safe being themselves.
Designed to complement dance training through improved strength, flexibility, mobility, stability and injury prevention, while building confidence both on and off the stage.
