Kye has been with us since 2023 signing up at just 14 years of age! The progress he has made in that time has been nothing short of impressive.

Now a familiar face around the club, Kye consistently trains 5+ times per week, showing a level of dedication and discipline well beyond his years.

Whether he’s strength training on the gym floor or following his own football-specific program upstairs in the Group Fitness Room, Kye is always putting in the work.

His training focuses on building explosive power, agility, core strength, and athletic performance, and the results are a testament to his commitment.

What stands out most is Kye’s willingness to keep showing up, stay consistent, and trust the process. We’re proud to have watched his confidence, strength, and athletic ability continue to grow over the past few years.

🚨 Farewell, Luke! 🚨

After more than 2 years of keeping our members motivated and surviving countless late nights, Luke is hanging up his Voyage Fitness shirt and heading off to Melbourne.

Over the past two years, Luke has been much more than a staff member. He’s been a friendly face, a source of encouragement, a team player, and someone who genuinely cared about helping our members and community. His positive attitude and willingness to help never went unnoticed.

Luke, thank you for everything you’ve contributed to Voyage Fitness. We’re grateful for the energy, laughs, hard work, and dedication you’ve brought through our doors every day.

His last shift will be this Friday, so make sure you pop in, say goodbye, and wish him well before he heads off.

We wish you nothing but success, happiness, and plenty of gains in your next adventure.

💥 SPIN EXPRESS
Everything you love about Spin, just faster. A high-energy 30-minute ride (instead of our traditional 35-minute format) designed to maximise results when time is tight.

💥 PILATES FLOW
Our newest addition to the timetable! Led by experienced instructor Shais, this welcoming mat-based Pilates class focuses on core strength, mobility and movement. Perfect for beginners and experienced participants alike.

💥 HYBRID45
Our newest Saturday challenge! Combining strength, conditioning and cardio into one epic 45-minute session designed to build fitness, resilience and endurance.

💥 SPIN / HIIT
Double the challenge. Utilising both our Spin Room and Functional Training Room for the ultimate calorie-burning workout.

We’re thrilled to officially announce the newest addition to our group fitness timetable!

Pilates Flow is a welcoming, mat-based class led by experienced instructor Shais, designed to help you move better, feel stronger and improve the foundations of your fitness.

Whether you’re looking to build core strength, improve flexibility, increase mobility or simply take some time to focus on yourself, this class has something for everyone.

Don’t be fooled into thinking you need experience to get started. Pilates Flow is suitable for all fitness levels, from complete beginners right through to experienced gym-goers looking to complement their current training.

Expect a class that focuses on:
✔️ Core strength and stability
✔️ Flexibility and mobility
✔️ Posture and balance
✔️ Controlled full-body movement
✔️ Injury prevention and movement quality
