Hey everyone! The time is here and we are thrilled for concert rehersals to begin!

Dont forget that all swan hill classes are running the same days as usual this week however all classes will be dancing from 4 to 6pm together in preparation for the big performance

Barham, your Mid Year Dance showcase and Bingo night is only a month away!!!
Tickets can be purchased NOW on trybooking.com or available at the door. ( please note door sales are not guaranteed a seat and maybe standing room only) There will be a canteen running with light refreshments available on the night.
VIP tickets $40pp ( including front row seating, bingo book, food platters and drinks)
All other tickets $20pp
(Includes reserved seating and a bingo book)

It’s almost here Swan Hill!!! 😍❤️😍❤️
Passion and Purpose Studios Mid Year dance Showcase and bingo night is on the 27th of June.
Tickets are available now on trybooking.com or on the door(door sales are not guaranteed a seat and maybe standing only if sold out prior to the night)
There will be a canteen running on the night with light refreshments available .
VIP tickets are $40pp, (including front row seats, food platter and drinks, bingo book) all other tickets are $20pp. ( including reserved seat and bingo book)

Some of our beautiful Ballerinas went to Melbourne recently to SFD Masterclasses to get some valuable information from Examiners ahead of their Examinations in 2027!!! They were amazing and we are so proud of them 💕

They are also very excited to enter the Syllabus Competition in Melbourne in October 👏🏻 Can’t wait 🩰

Term one was technique training which means this term we are working on strength and endurance 💪🏼💕

Check out our wonderful, strong and dedicated students working hard towards achieving their goals 💃🏼

Benefits of strength and endurance in dancers-
- toning specific muscles allows dancers to correctly perform and train and prevents injury 🤕
- mind and muscle connection helps students understand their bodies and draws attention back to the present moment 💃🏼
- identifying and singling out specific parts of the body helps us isolate the parts of the body needed for specific movements, this adds quality to movement🕺🏻
- healthy bodies = healthy minds 🧠
- exercise bonds us and group fitness activities allow students to be aware of their peers and work together as a group👯‍♀️
- strength training helps dances control extensions and improves alignment in the body 📈
