We are located opposite the Shepparton Show Grounds in High Street. At Fernwood Gym Shepparton we are proud to offer all of the the following plus more:

THIS SATURDAY 11AM - YOGA NIDRA – a deep meditation.

The word ‘nidra’ means ‘sleep’, and Yoga Nidra is known as yogic sleep. It delivers powerful mind-body benefits, with the body in a deeply relaxed sleep like state, yet the mind quietly alert. This state enables us to access our intuition that can bring insights & help resolve any of our dilemmas. A safe practice, Yoga Nidra works by leading conscious awareness through different parts of the body. At the start ‘sankalpa’ is set; a short, affirmative statement, and it can be used to positively reframe our lives.

IMPORTANT: Because Yoga Nidra is deep, it is important to avoid any disturbance for the participants. Therefore no late entries, or early exits, are permitted, and a quiet atmosphere is paramount.
